Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal (Sweet without sugar)
Ingredients: 2 cups oats, ? cup brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, 2 cups milk, 1 cup banana, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tbsp unsalted butter, and ½ cup walnuts.
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a non-sticking baking dish with cooking spray. Take a large bowl and add baking powder, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in it and stir well all the ingredients. Take another large bowl, add vanilla extract, banana, milk and egg in it and whisk well. Add both the mixtures together and combine them through stirring. Transfer the mixture in the greased baking dish and bake for around 25 minutes. Bake the walnuts for 5 minutes and sprinkle on the dish.
