Working as part of a team whilst adhering to policies and procedures to agreed boundaries and codes of conduct set out in their job description. Although it isn’t necessary to like the people you work with personal opinions and feelings are kept to yourself as mutual respect and understanding is a major factor in developing this type of relationship.
