Women are still facing discrimination and sexual harassment at work. According to Gramlich (2017), in his article, 10 things we learned about gender issue in the U.S in 2017, about one-in-five women say they have been sexually harassed at work. And about four-in-ten women say they have experienced some form of gender discrimination at work. A majority of women say the U.S has not gone far enough when it comes to giving women equal right with men (Gramlich, 2017). Even though there are several policies that are against sexual harassment and gender discrimination at work, it still happens. To make discrimination less a problem for women or even men is to educate the young boys and girls. Mindset is what really going to make the difference.
