Commercial wastewater has been many effect on human being and especially aquatic communities. About 14,000 death per day due to water pollution and mostly due to contamination of drinking water less developed countries by the poor sanitation system. An about 700 million Indians citizen have without access of proper toilet and more than 1000 children’s died in India due to every day diarrhea and soo many other Asian countries. An estimated 500 million Chinese lack access of harmless drinking water.

According to WHO water borne diseases more than 80% worldwide. Many countries drinking water does not meet the permissible limit of world health organization standards (Khan N, et al., 2013). Poor drinking water quality and sanitation cause 3.1% death in the worldwide.
Discharge of industrial effluents without treatment and overflow and leakage of wastewater tank in industries can cause marine pollution. Atmospheric and radioactive waste are also main sources of water pollution in the environment, especially heavy metal (Pb, Ni, and Co) and industrial waste that dispose off in lakes cause major threat to human and equatic life. Each day, sewage, agriculture, and industrial waste are discharge into the water more than 2 million tons (UN WWAP 2003), the equivalent of the weight of the whole population of 6.8 billion people.
According to united nation that the total amount of wastewater produces per year is approximately 1,500 km3, more than six time all rivers exist of the world (UN WWAP 2003). In developing countries about 70% of the wastes disposed of untreated into water where they plluted existing water supplies (UN-Water 2009).
