in teaching and learning we need to accommodating resources which will appeal for every individual learning needs and will be able to appeal diversity to give opportunities every learners to achieve they are goals. We need to understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be race gender and ethnicity. Teaching and learning resources should be clear and legible because learning materials are helps learners to increase student achievement by supporting learners learning such as clear and legible worksheets can provide a learners opportunities to practice a new skill gained in class. I am trying to use different resources and preparing resources to meet individuals needs base on their age and learners abilities. We ensure that teaching and learning resources balance the need to provide challenging and engaging learning programs.in addition we need to allow the effective use of time for learners to be able to use the resources effectively. Teaching and learning resources must be differentiation for individual learners need to be more effective. I believe it is very useful to prepare resources that will be support the functional skills such as English and Maths. Therefore, when I do resources I aim to develop learners English or Maths so we do translating which it is helping them to improve their English as well. Such as translating from English to Turkish or from Turkish to English. I prepare resources for individual needs so we can be flexible with them and they can have more than one choses to choose.
