I have no doubt that being sport captain will result in more work on top of school work and my sporting commitments

I have no doubt that being sport captain will result in more work on top of school work and my sporting commitments, so being organised will be paramount. Going into year 13, academic work will take priority, and so breaking them down into specific, manageable and achievable tasks will allow me to stay on top of it all. With smaller more manageable tasks, distinguishing between what is important and urgent will allow me to priorities with greater ease. Therefore, allowing me to better manage my time and get everything that needs to be done, competed. This will mean that my training and responsibilities as captain will be achieved without having to compromise my A-level studies. As my training taking place at weekends, I intend on continuing to work during the majority of my study periods; as well as commit to staying after school to complete more of my academic work at school.
