A team leader need to have many skills to be able demonstrate vision and strategy, as they would need to make the team think in the right direction and help them learn and adapt as the team grows closer to its goal. A strong team leader will still need the skills to influence the team, and not every staff member is the same, so the vision and strategy should be adaptable depending on who it is aimed at.
Leaders need to present teams with a set vision for the staff and others. It is the likely to influence organizational members and to carry out changes and employers to fellow their own ideas. Strategic leaders work in doubtful surroundings on very difficult issues that influence and are influenced by occasions and organizations external to their own.
