That is the reason he called government toward the start of the twentieth century a phase of free enterprise.

LENIN DID not guarantee that there was no government before the late nineteenth century. As he expressly noted, “Provincial strategy and dominion existed before the most recent phase of private enterprise, and even before free enterprise. Rome, established on bondage, sought after a frontier strategy and honed dominion.” But, Lenin included:

“general” contentions about government, which disregard, or put out of spotlight the basic distinction of social-monetary frameworks, unavoidably deteriorate into completely void clichés, or into grandiose correlations like “More noteworthy Rome and Greater Britain.”

Indeed, even the pilgrim approach of private enterprise in its past stages is basically not quite the same as the frontier strategy of fund capital
