Mama forced him to realize howfar he went by making him show himself to his son how lowhe would go. But he showed that he wasnt susceptible tothe ways the racism created. I think because she stuck so severely to itand tried her hardest not to let go of her dream.

Letting goof it would be like giving up on her life. Her dream wasdefinitely a positive dream to everyone, all she wanted to dowas to make everyone happy. Walter was disappointed attimes because Mama denied the money he needed so badly,but he didnt see things the way Mama did. Mama was theone that saw past all the little things that would hold her backfrom completing her dream. But thats the thing she did themost and the best, held on the dreams and made them cometrue.
