Rough Draft Why it is Important to Further a person education and build a career to make a better life. There are some people, who make it in life without a valuable education, but it is much more important to have an education and further it for a person’s career and he or she’s life in general. This is stated because it is harder to build a career without an education than it is with one. Doing without an education can be one of the biggest challenges in a persons life and may turn out to truly be an experience that most are not willing to undergo.It is better stated than said that being a high school graduate gets a person further in life than being considered a high school dropout does even though some high school drop outs still turn out to be rich and famous.

Finishing school and becoming a high school graduate can help a person get better jobs, and with furthering their education they can sometimes become idolized. There are several ways to continue an education after graduating whether it is trade school, online education, a tradition university or community college, and technical schools.With all of these ways there are careers that these schools teach someone and help the build that specified educational goal. Most people are better off graduating and furthering their education, than dropping out of school and naturally becoming less fortunate than others tend to be. Being able to further his or her education tends to be hard and expensive but the outcome is worth a lot more than just wishing one would have. For some people it is hard to make it in this world without having a high school diploma or GED.

Without a high school diploma or G. E. D. also known as the General Educational Diploma; getting a job is even harder.Sometimes while a person is still in school (High school) for some at least it is still one of the biggest challenges to find or get a job.

Finding work or getting a job is so important because of four things; financial security, personal challenges and growth, self respect and respect of others, and development of friends and relationships. There are times where a young person may find that continuing their education is way harder than just making money on the streets. Hustling may be one of the main reasons why a young person may leave school and be considered a high school drop out.

Being out daily in the streets takes a person no where, but later behind bars normally spoken as incarcerated or with no one but them selves. Being on the streets can do a lot to a person; even to where some can be stuck on drugs and become a drug addict or have an addiction to both alcohol and drugs. Once incarcerated that places a felony or misdemeanor on his or her record and may cause one to live off of someone else, a family member or friend because it will be even harder for he or she to get a job or take care of themselves. Have work is almost always the central of an adults life.

Sometimes it is possible that if someone that has a talent or hobby that they must be really good at, it will help you in life to start or build your career. Starting out in high school playing tennis, basketball, or football and sometimes even volleyball could get a person a scholarship which he or she must maintain so it can help build his or her career. After playing in high school it is very possible for one to get recruited for a college team and it he or she is really good at the hobby or talent he or she may be able to be recruited for a famous team in the NBA, WNBA, or NFL.

Even with being recruited to college it is still important for one to know that he or she is still furthering their education after graduating high school. Some of the poorest families still may be as fortunate by having a son or daughter talented enough to achieve in a sport that could help them later on down the line. Sometimes the less fortunate is the main people making a successful career out of he or she’s talents that makes them continue to further their education. Even though there are people who do not further their education and some who do not even complete high school can turn to become rich and famous.There are actresses, actors, singers; a lot of young famous people who did not even complete high school.

It has been stated that Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, and Hilary Swank all never completed high school but are rich and famous September (2007) Leong, Six Rich and Famous Celebrities Who Never Completed High School. 2011). Building a career comes with furthering an education so that one may be as qualified as possible for the job is one of the main goals people set to make more money later on down the line. Once a person furthers their education to become a teacher, lawyer, doctor, psychologist, dentist, or anything one my choose to become; turns into a career to help later on in life. It is quite easy once one has earned the degrees needed to be considered a certified applicant for either job a person may want to take up to build a career.

The average annual consumptions a person may make as a teacher would be between 25- 30k a year and a lawyer’s would be between 80- 120 k a year or more. Considering the annual amounts a person would make building their career; it can precisely be one of the main reasons for why a person should further their education. “According to the manufacturing firm respondents, 72 percent of the people hired in the past year had only a high school diploma” (Volk, 1995, para.

3).Most people who endure the thought of actually furthering their education and actually does do it; it makes it easier for he or she to help provide or provide for his or her family. When having a family it is highly recommended that one should be able to take of that family. To ensure a better life in the future it is always stated to further a person’s education then to dropout and have to deal with a life of struggle and regret or resentment. People striving to continue their education is one of the best decisions a person could make.Being considered a high school dropout is normally never really something people would want to be called just because they could not finish high school, but sometimes it can or can not be as bad as it may be portrayed to be. It is rarely ever advised to drop out of school unless, someone has failed or gotten retained a certain amount of times that they just automatically thought it would be better for them to get a GED; but hopefully not give up.

Everyone has thought about giving up on something mostly school, but once a person gives up it may take up to 20 or 30 years later for them to want to go back and finish school.Some are 40 and 50 years of age and still trying to finish their education. There are several others who would agree, that maintaining an education is evidently time well spent for accomplishments later and the way to go. Some people are looked up to, cherished, and respected because they did what they had to do to make it in life.
