Regular catch up meetings can also help the individual express any issues, concerns or worries they may have in returning to work. As well as provide the leader with the opportunity to discuss expectations.
There will be a lot of information and changes the individual will need review and process; by allowing them the chance to look back on emails, bulletins and correspondence this will help bring them up to speed on the Organisations progress.
