Explain the nature of two named physiological disorder.

Diabetes Miletus- is an illness affects around 85% (some studies put the figure closer to 90% of people with diabetes, and is usually diagnosed at a later age than type 1 diabetes mellitus. With type two diabetes is often, but not always, associated with excess body weight and lack of exercise. Type two diabetes affects people difficult ethnics to a different degree. For instance, people of South Asian, Polynesian, African, African-Caribbean, Middle-Eastern and American-Indian ancestry may face a greater risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus. At an early stage, type 2 diabetes mellitus is controlled using diet and exercise but many people with type 2 diabetes mellitus eventually require insulin.

Causes; Type 2 diabetes develops when the body becomes resistant to insulin or when the pancreas stops producing enough insulin. Exactly why this happens is unknown, although genetics and environmental factors, such as excess weight and inactivity, seem to be contributing factors
What it does to the body; the excess blood sugar in diabetes can wreak havoc on blood vessels all over the body and cause complications. It can severely damage the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and other body parts; cause sexual problems; and double the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Changes in body system, having diabetes can be an issue because it has an impact on our system that could result in an infection such as diarrhoea. In contrast to this, in the body, if the digestive system doesn’t function very well it means that it will stop absorbing the nutrients that we need on what we eat.
There are many changes that could happen in the overall boy. The service user will develop a negative behaviour as they will feel as they may feel like their life is over due to the fact that they need to control what they eat to ensure that their condition will not get worst. As well as, they may also isolate themselves that could lead to depression. As a result, the service user may not choose to explore new things thus, their skills will be limited that could affect their opportunities.

Changes due to treatment
The side effects of the medication that have been used has either affect the person by them having nausea or stomach ache and even so it puts your health at a greater risk of developing liver disease and even, weight gain. Also, this may have a negative impact on the individual that may lead to behavioural changes because they may think that their life is over. Therefore, the individual may need some support to help them to cope with the illness as they may suffer with depression, and having depression will lead to being counselled.

Influences – There are factors that help diabetes type 2 develop such as Genetic factors; Scientist has suggested that genetic factors could play a huge role when determining your risk of developing type 2 diabetes such as genes mutation that manages glucose levels. Likewise, Lifestyle could influence you risk of developing type 2 diabetes as, not doing exercise, eat healthily could put you at a greater risk of developing type 2 diabetes because you are more likely to be overweight due to not using the energy that we get from the food that we eat.

Myocardial infarction (Heart attack) – Myocardial infarction is when a blood clot is formed that disrupts the blood from flowing through the heart muscle; causing one of the muscles to die.

Causes – The main cause for heart attack is if an individual is diagnosed with a “Coronary Heart disease”. Coronary heart disease this is when the main supply of the heart for the blood is stopped that causes blockage on the heart that may result to heart attack. Another cause of heart disease is the use of drugs such as cocaine. it puts your health at a greater risk of heart attack because it could result to coronary arteries becomes narrow as well as it might stop supplying blood on the heart.
Changes in the body system –Myocardial Infarction could lead to long term changes on the Cardiovascular system; One of the changes could be the structure and how it functions as, the fact that cardiac muscle contraction and heartbeats are usually well organised and efficient; when a part of myocardium dies due to a heart attack; the function of cardiac system becomes less efficiency. As, dead tissue is unable to work with the heart beat as, it becomes unorganised.
The other cell parts of the heart start slowly to change shapes and usually, becomes larger. As a result of the heart trying to counter the damage of the synchronicity as well as, to maintain the organisation for the efficiency function. The larger cells are not forcefully comparing, to the normal size cells. As a result, the capabilities of the heart being generated is being forced during the contraction. However, it was found that there are certain procedures that could be done to protect the remaining tissues of the heart such as by exercising the heart muscle.
It could also cause changes in the respiratory system as, the muscles of the heart get destruction due to lack of oxygen that the heart gets that results to the cell dying.
Changes in the overall body – First of all our blood give nutrients and oxygen to different parts of the body and it is the heart duty to circulate the blood all around the body. If one of the coronary arteries becomes damage, it affects the heart negatively as, the blood gets an oxygen that is not sufficient. The consequences are that, heart attack being repetitive on the individual is, the heart has to work harder to circulate the blood.

Changes due to the treatment – The main treatment given for heart attack is doing a surgery, only when it’s necessary. Drug therapy should be given within the two-hour heart attack to minimise the further complications on the heart and must be able to stop the blood from developing blood clots.
Influences – There are many factors that influence the development of myocardial infarction such as lifestyle; People that smoke are more likely to suffer myocardial infarction than people who don’t. As well as, having an unhealthy eating habit may put you at a greater risk of suffering myocardial infarction as, it Eating junk food could lead to a higher cholesterol that could lead to Hypertension and may affect the heart negatively that may result to a myocardial infarction. As well as, being stress could lead to heart attack as, they are likely to overeat to release their stress.
I will now explain the signs and symptoms related two named physiological disorders.

Symptoms – A feeling that an individual feel.
