To advance physical and intellectual competence there should things in place. For example, to develop different gross motor skills the child care facility needs a playground. Another example, would be for the child to develop different fine motor skills like dancing on the carpet or exercising.
One of the learning experience that fits would be mathematics. Mathematics reflects a child’s cognitive development because the child needs to use his/her brain to solve problems. For example, the child uses his/her brains to count things or even the child is reading a small books for his/ her age. It reflects my philosophy because it gives the child what the child needs.
CS II c. One of the learning experiences that fits would be stamping pads. Stamping pads helps the with creative development. Stamping pads is a good example because the child can create whatever he/she would like on the paper that is provided. It reflects my philosophy because it give the child a good picture for his/her parents.
CS II d. The ways to promote the communication language development among all children would be small groups or whole groups reading. The teacher may read the child different culture books. Another one would be helping the child practice sounds and words of a new language.
