Teachers assume a fundamental job in country building

Teachers assume a fundamental job in country building. Students are like seeds; teachers turn seeds into strong trees. Teachers help the students to come forward, move ahead confidently and boldly. So the teacher is a backbone of any nation. Without their presence no one can make progress and become a civilized member of a nation (Khan,2016). If the teacher is having professional attitude, loyal with his/her profession it means he/she is loyal with the students it will directly effect on student academic achievement (Borko,2004).
Professional life of teachers has changed due to the Informational Technology. The world has become a global village, various type of educational development methodologies, activities has been introduced which are very useful for student performance. These are being applicable in schools, colleges and universities (Brown & Rishard,2008).
Professionalism development among the teachers and his performance is interrelated. The teacher having positive professional attitude has an important effect on the over-all academic achievements of the students (Borko, 2004).
Improvement and betterment of education depends on the professional development of the teachers (Borko,2004). A positive attitude of the teacher towards his/her students can changed the density of these students so the teachers must be loyal concerns and affable.
Professional attitude varies from one to another student will definitely respect those with the core of the heart, teachers who are loyal with them and having positive attitude (Eggen & Kauchar,2001). Professional teacher performs their duties with full devotion responsibility and with honesty on the other hand non-professional teachers are dishonest and show immoral attitude of the teacher may cause the negative effect on the student performance.
Professional development has key effect on student achievement from these three steps. The First, professional development improves teacher knowledge. Another, improve classroom teaching. The Third one is, improved the students’ achievement. If the one link is feeble or lost, upgraded student learning can’t be predictable (Yoon, & Shapley, 2007). There is the impact of professional development on teaching learning and instructional training, falling short of representative impact on student achievement (Garet et al., 2001).
