Q1
Q1. Illustrate the function of Electromagnetic focusing in CRO.
Q2. State 5 points of difference between universal counter and electronic counter.
UNIVERSAL COUNTER
DEFINITION:
All measurement of time period and frequency by various circuit can be assembled together to form one complete block, called a universal counter.
It is Used for measuring time, frequency, pulse rates, pulse counting, periodic times, speed, and velocity.
It consist of logic gates, function switch amplifier, schmitt trigger and crystal oscillator.
No types.

ELECTRONIC COUNTER
DEFINITION:
A electronic counter is a device in computing and digital logic, that is used to store and display the particular event so many times.
It is used in digital circuits and are designed as separate integrated circuits & also combined as part larger integrated circuit.
It consist of one input line, clock and number of output lines.
Types of electronic counter are Synchronus counter, Asynchronus counter, Ring counter, Modulus counter etc.
