Methods
This study involves both quantitative and qualitative research. Mixed methods research is a methodology for conducting research that involves collecting, analyzing and integrating quantitative and qualitative research. In doing so the researchers will have a variety of data formed to support or suits our research questions. (Insert text to support our study). This study also used the Stratified Random Sampling. Stratified Random Sampling is a method of sampling that involves the division of a population into smaller groups known as strata. In stratified random sampling or stratification, the strata are formed based on members’ shared attributes or characteristics. The researchers chose 10 students randomly from each strand. After that, the researchers conducted a survey that the target population is the selected grade 11 students from the various academic strands in UST-Legazpi with the questionnaire. The researchers analyze and collect the data gathered from the surveyed conducted. In that survey results, the researchers were able to identify the number of the students that are suffering from depression. The researchers perform the art therapy: the type of therapy will base from the number of students or respondents who confirmed that they are experiencing such mental illness in the survey conducted by the researchers if the number of confirmed respondents is …..
