Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
Baldrige has seven criteria of assessment:
1. Leadership
2. Strategic planning
3. Customer focus
4. Measurement, analysis and knowledge management
5. Workforce focus
6. Process management
7. Results
Any organization want to apply for this award must start with submitting th eligibility certification folder that contain completed and sign form, organizational chart, fees, and nomination details. The next step will be submitting the award application that include the application form, fees and proof date of the send package.
After applying to the award your documents will go through a process cycle through eight-month period that start with independent and consensus evaluation followed by a site visit then judges’ analyses and writing the feedback report. If the organization managed to achieve the excellence they will be rewarded in the ceremony.
