INTRODUCTION
Through innovation, there is a need to help improves the capacity of concrete blocks to make it good quality, more durable, and economical. Economical of structure is one of the basic aspects upon which any design is based. The development of construction technology is closely related to the development of an adequate mechanization and handling technology.

Most cans are right circular cylinders with identical and and parallel round tops and bottoms with vertical sides. In the Philippines, according to the Ecological Solid Waste management at 2010 about 70% of tin cans were dumped into dumping sites.

The study was conducted to minimize the large volume of tin cans by utilizing it to more usable one rather than just throwing it anywhere.

The study was conducted at Purok Talisay, Dalapitan, Matalam, Cotabato on May 2018.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
Eco-Friendly pavers are specifically designed to filter rain water through the paver, eliminating water pollution by allowing storm water to absorb back into the soil as opposed to running off into sewers and waterways. Many of our top manufacturers, including Nicolock Paving Stones, Cambridge, and Outdoor Living by Belgard make top-quality eco-friendly pavers for the same cost or cheaper than traditional pavers (Miller Brick Co.)
Steel from cans and other sources is the most recycled packaging materials. Around 65% of steel cans are recycled in the Philippines, according to the Ecological Solid Waste Management at 2010 about 70% of tin cans sump into dumping site.

It has been shown that the addition of 1.5% fibers by volume will increase direct tensile strength of mortar by about 40%. The increase in splitting tensile strength is somewhat higher with reported of as much as 100% (Abdulkareem, M. 2000).

Concrete can be placed efficiently in buildings over 1,000 feet without using a tower crane.Before modern engineering and the ability to manipulate concrete and steel, the world of architecture consisted of wood, adobe, thatch, and cave dwellings. Concrete and steel both provide numerous benefits.

METHODOLOGY
Material, Tools and Equipment
The materials used in the studywere tin cans, plywood, fine aggregates, Coarse aggregates, Portland cement, water and 20 mm x 45 mm woods.

The tools used in the study were graduated cylinder, container, wire basket, rod, hammer, weighing scale, wire mesh, sieve No. 4, sieve No. 200, used oil, nails and saw.

The equipment used in the study is Universal Testing Machine (UTM) used for compressive test of the study.

Methods
Gathering of tin cans
Used tin cans specially sardines can (85 mm ht. x 55 mm dia.) were used in the study. It was collected from households at Purok Talisay, Dalapitan, Matalam, Cotabato.

Cleaning of tin cans
Remove the cover, sticker or label and clean the tin cans using wet clothes or clothes with white vinegar to cover the entirety of the objects. Dry the tin immediately after washing to prevent rust.

Preparation of Hallow Tin Cans (HTC)
File the HTC in a dry surface to avoid rust.

Molder Specification
Molder subjected for compressive test was made of plywood with specific dimension 80 mm x 170 mm x 260 mm and supported by 20.67 mm x 43.65 mm which could help to hold the dimension and shape of the sample under condition of severe use.

Concrete Mix Design
The mixture of cement, fine aggregation, and sand aggregates were the same all thoughout the treatment with 1:2:4 respectively. Three treatment mix design T1, T2, T3.

Mixing
All materials were prepared for mixing. The mixing procedure was the same throuthout the treatments. Water , cement and sand that passed through sieve no. 4 and retained at sieved no. 200, and gravels retained at sieve no. 4 was used in the study and held constant.

Molding and Curing
After arranging HTC to the molder and mixing of concrete mixture, fresh concrete was puored into the molder and it was compacted using rod. After 24 hours, molder was removed and concrete paving blocks were laid on a clean and flat surface at room temperature.

Compressive Strength test
The sample was not be test because there not have a Universal Testing Machine near and it takes a lot of time to finnish this study.
