Plagiarism summary
Plagiarism is when someone uses somebody’s work without giving them credit or if you just steal their work, which can get you in to serious trouble. A lot of universities also don’t except plagiarism and if you do you can get kicked out of a university or even jail. That’s why it is very important not to plagiarize. Paraphrasing is when you take a quote from somebody and instead of putting it in your words you barely tweak the words of the quote and use it as your own. While summarizing is when you read a story, turn it into a smaller version of it and putting it in your own words.
