My house. It is beautiful and tropical

My Dream House Ever since I was a little girl, I knew what my dream house would look like. I want my house to be located on a beautiful spring fed lake. It will be where my family and I live and would soon turn into a loving home. One of the most important details about a house is the location. My house will be located where it is quiet and peaceful.

I want it to be located on a small private lake, but about two hundred yards off the edge. If it would happen to rain a lot, I would want my house to be far enough away that it will not get damaged.It would be in Florida, preferably in Lake Mary because that is where I grew up. I want my house to be located where it is warm in the summer and gets pretty cold in the winter, but not cold enough to snow, so Florida is perfect for my dream house. It is beautiful and tropical there almost all of the time. Another important aspect of my dream house is the exterior design. My house will be 6000 square feet with a 15 acre yard.

It will be a two story white house with a porch that wraps all the way around it on both floors.Blue shutters will accompany the sides of every window and the front porch will have a swing and old white rocking chairs. The first thing you see as you walk up will be the two huge mahogany doors covered in beautiful stained glass. The walkway is made of tumbled marble and flowers line the outside of it.

When you go to the back yard, hedges run along the side of the house on every wall which leads you to the pool area. The pool will consist of huge waterfalls with fiber optic lighting running throughout. It will have a big slide which sends you through an underwater tunnel to a cave bar.Behind the pool is a huge deck which connects to the lake. The deck is long and wooden and has benches on it. It also has a shaded area and a place that houses our boats and jet skis.

On the lake we will have a party barge for all of us to hang out on. We will spend most days of the summer here. When you first walk through the big mahogany doors, you enter the foyer which is lined with pictures of my family, candles, and a beautiful chandelier. As you keep walking, you will see the white spiral staircase that leads you to the upstairs. Ahead is the living room which holds a huge lasma screen television and fine leather couches. A fireplace is also in the room with more pictures on the mantle.

As you reach the kitchen, you’ll see custom cabinets, granite table tops, and a huge stainless steel refrigerator. Upstairs, you will find a game room which has a pool table, pin ball machines, and a dart board. There is also another big television in there to watch movies or play video games. My husband and I’s bedroom is also upstairs which is filled with a king-sized comfy bed. It also has beautiful furniture, two walk-in closets, and a huge bathroom fit for two.Across the hall are my two kids’ rooms which contain all the toys they could ever ask for. Another room that is also upstairs is the theatre room.

It has a huge screen, big comfy chairs, and a popcorn machine. We will have movie nights every week together as a family. With hard work and dedication, I will be able to have a house of this magnitude. 6000 square feet is quite a bit, but the house and all the acreage will ensure that our kids stay active and have fun as they grow up. Same goes for me and my husband.

This house would be more than just a house; it would be a home of never-ending family fun.
