One of the characteristic that we can discuss in Persian cat is its behaviour. Annoyance behaviour, such as excessive meowing or jumping on the counter , is where they start want to have our attention (Bedwell-Wilson,2018). It is more like attention seeking behaviour so its better to give attention to our cats in a good way says Terry Marie Curtis. Persians need to be taught to rest quietly without a fight or bite the hands that comb them. It’s natural for cats to treat human hands like prey. At the least, your Persian must know that grooming time is not playtime.
Persians are gentle, quiet cats who like a serene environment and people who treat them kindly say Henry Schein(n.d.). Children are acceptable to the Persian as long as they are content to simply pet him and not drag him around or dress him up he said. The Persian may greet you with a quiet meow, but in most cases he lets his eyes do the speaking for him Henry Schein(n.d.). They will not mine to spend the time alone because with our presence is enough to make them happy. When we have a trip, its better to have a pet sitter come in and care for him in his own familiar surroundings than to board him in a strange place that he does not familiars (Henry Schein, n.d.).
Persians are creatures of habit. They spread widely and live in a nice secure environment and are not especially attached of a sudden changes. With gentle and consistent reassurance, they can adapt to lively households. Most Persians are meticulous self-groomers. However, they still need someone to take care their glorious coat.
