Buddhism
Buddhism, one of the worlds greatest religions. Over the past 2,500 years it has greatly influenced the evolution and character of Chinese civilizations. Around the 6th century B.C.E a man by the name of Siddhartha Gautama created this religion. Now before this goes on for to long let’s talk about there main concepts or 4 noble truths. 1. the truth of suffering. 2. the cause of suffering. 3. how to end suffering and 4. the path leading to the end of suffering. The Buddhists either worship at home or at temples. They read from the Pali Canon or the word of the Buddha. This includes some of his teachings and his discourse. Now what would a Buddhist do if they committed a crime. Well since Buddhists believe in karma they would pray to the Buddha in hope of good karma. That is a basic intro to the religion of Buddhism.
