Animal testing
Animal testing, also known as animal experiments, is the use of non-human animals for experimentation no matter the cost. It is estimated that between 100 – 150 million vertebrate animals are used in animal testing annually worldwide. This overwhelming number does not reflect the millions of vertebrates in the United States that are excluded from the Animal Welfare and therefore not required to be reported. Adding between 50 – 100 million invertebrate animals, used in animal experiments annually. Making at least 200 million animals suffer so we can live. Animals are experimented on to make sure our products are working as fast and smoothly as they can for humans. I believe testing never used products and medicine on animals to make sure they are safe is intentional harm to animals. And that is wrong.
